Director David Ayer recently released a new series of photos from the set of the upcoming production Fury. The new images offer a clear idea about the spectacular special effects used in the film version of a story from World War II.
Fury is directed by David Ayer (Street Kings, End of Watch) and produced by Sony and QED. The action will take place during the 40s and will focus on the experience of a group of five American soldiers which attack the Nazi infantry with a tank named Fury. By signing the contract with Brad Pitt, Ayer was able to attract other big names in Hollywood, as Quentin Tarantino did with Inglourious Basterds.
To enter the atmosphere of the movie, director David Ayer has sent the two actors together with other three in a wilderness trip in mid-September in order to be 100% focused on what they do. In Fury, Brad Pitt plays Sergeant Wardaddy, commander of a crew of five soldiers from a Sherman tank, that goes behind enemy lines in an extremely dangerous mission.
The premiere was scheduled for November 14, 2014, if everything goes according to plan.
